## What the suite does

- **PsyFi Notes** — records in-person or telehealth sessions, transcribes them,
  and drafts a structured clinical note (SOAP, DAP, intake, progress, and more)
  in seconds. Mobile session capture on iPhone. Works with any EHR — review the
  draft and paste it into your chart.
- **PsyFi Assistant** — a HIPAA-aligned AI chat for clinical work: draft notes
  and treatment plans from a description, upload documents, get cited clinical
  guidance. PHI is de-identified before anything reaches an AI model.
- **Report writing** — upload assessment score reports; PsyFi extracts scales,
  scores, and classifications into structured tables the psychologist verifies
  against the protocol, then drafts psychological and psychoeducational report
  sections in the clinician's voice. BASC-3 (PRS, TRS, SRP) is supported today;
  WISC-V, WAIS, and Woodcock-Johnson parsing is rolling out, with more
  instruments in active development.
- **AI Front Desk** (add-on for Practice plans) — intake, scheduling, and
  routine admin handled around the clock.

  de-identification.
- **Clinician** — $49/month — unlimited session notes plus the HIPAA-aligned AI
  assistant and the iOS app.
- **Psychologist** — $99/month — everything in Clinician plus unlimited
  assessment parsing and report drafting.
- **Practice** — $59/seat/month (3+ seats) — everything in Psychologist for
  every seat, admin console, supervisor note review, organization-wide BAA.
- AI Front Desk add-on: $99/month per practice (Practice plan only).

## Security & compliance

PsyFi is HIPAA-aligned, with a BAA available on every paid plan — not an
enterprise upsell. Identifying details (PHI) are de-identified before any AI
model call, and customer content is never used to train AI models — ours or
anyone else's. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
and stays in AWS US regions. The clinician always remains the author of record:
